- Please include your first, second and third booth choices on your application. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
- Booth assignments cannot be held or confirmed without a complete Application for Exhibit Space.
Exhibit Booth Pricing Per Booth
- CVSA Member: $1,500
- Non-CVSA Member: $2,500
Note: Each booth attendant must register as an Annual Conference and Exhibition attendee separately and pay the applicable registration fees. As part of each registration, each attendee can attend any meeting session, reception or event during the week. All registrants are required to agree to CVSA’s event policies including but not limited to the Events Health Policy and agree to a Waiver and Release of Liability for Communicable Disease.
